Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Giveaway Organizer
This giveaway is organized by Balloonify Decorations. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Wix, or any other platform.

2. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the Greater Toronto Area

• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry

• No purchase necessary to enter or win

• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Organizer are not eligible

​

3. How to Enter

• Participants must complete the giveaway entry form via the official giveaway page

• Only one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated

• Incomplete, inaccurate, or duplicate entries may be disqualified

​

4. Giveaway Period

• The giveaway begins on December 20, 2025 and ends on December 21. 2025 at 12AMEST

• Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered

​

5. Prize Details

• One (1) winner will receive a "Solo Package" 

• The prize includes the décor setup only and excludes delivery, setup, and takedown services

• Delivery, setup, and takedown fees are the responsibility of the winner and will be quoted separately prior to booking

• Full payment of all applicable fees is required to secure the event date

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value

• Any upgrades, customizations, or additional services beyond the prize value are the responsibility of the winner

6. Event & Redemption Conditions

• The prize must be redeemed within 3 months of the winner announcement

• Event date is subject to availability and must be booked in advance

• Giveaway setups must take place within the Greater Toronto Area; additional travel fees may apply outside this area

7. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries

• The winner will be contacted via email on December 26, 2025.

• If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected

​

8. Use of Content & Promotion

• By entering, participants agree that the Organizer may use their name, submitted information, and event photos/videos for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation

• The winner agrees to allow photos and videos of the setup to be used for marketing, website, and social media content

​

9. Privacy

• Personal information collected will be used solely for giveaway administration and marketing communications 

• Information will not be sold or shared with third parties

​

10. General Conditions

• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other factors affect the integrity of the promotion

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Organizer, which are final
